Very Happy with Our New Home...

Our Washington Department of Health Eastern Regional Office moved into the River View Corporate Center over a year ago, and we are very happy with our new home! Our suite is bright and pleasant and it supports all of our varied activities. Our staff enjoy lunchtime walks on the Centennial Trail. The building custodial and groundskeeping services are outstanding. On the rare occasions that we have a maintenance issue., staff are prompt, professional and friendly. Thank you for everything!

RVCC Outclasses Anything in Spokane ...

I have leased space in Walt Worthy buildings several times over the last 20 years. If you compare his buildings to other class A space you would have to give Walt's buildings a rating of AA. River View Corporate Center is no exception. It outclasses anything in the Spokane area by a long way. You get great space with all of the modern amenities along with a leasing and maintenance staff that go out of their way to make the tenants feel important.

Convenient Parking for Staff and Clients...

We have occupied space in the RVCC for several months and have not had any client or employee not be happy with our move. We chose to locate our new offices in the River View Corporate Center for several reasons. The building provides visibility and locations we felt would benefit our clients and business. Great location, Great management, Great ownership

We moved our office to the River View Corporate Center almost three years ago from downtown Spokane.  The build out and building amenities are first class.  We love the building and just signed an extension to our original lease for more time and space.  The location is ideal for our business and parking is plentiful.  The move three years ago was made easy by Jack Marr and others with building management.  Terms and conditions in our lease were very reasonable and much less than we anticipated for such a nice building.  The fact that Walt Worthy owns the building assures it will continue to be a first class place to do business.  In short, we could not be more pleased with our experience here.
